I can't explain how happy I am after passing my driving test last week, first time! for me, driving isn't as easy as it looks, I took so many lessons, too many to count and I still struggled to the end but I have managed to pass it somehow, few.
Today I will be sharing these new beauties by Maybelline, if you're fan of matte lipstick that are't too dry but creamy on your lips than you'll love these new creamy matte lipsticks for fall 2015. I loved their original lipies and I had a feeling these would be even better since its matte and I LOVE matte.
UK. The ones I got my hands on are: 975 Divine Wine, 940 Rose Rush and 965 Siren In Scarlet.
The packaging is similar to the original Color Sensational lipsticks, silver tube but with a grey translucent cap. The shade names and numbers are printed on at the bottom.
These Creamy Matte Lipsticks are exactly as named. creamy lightweight texture that glides across the lips smoothly and evenly. Once on, your lips will feel super moisturized. It is not drying like you might expect from a regular matte lipstick, which I personally prefer but if you don't like getting dry flaky lips at the end of the day than you will be a fan of these mattes.

DeleteOh I saw these advertised for the first time on TV today and thought they sounded great! I prefer matte lipstick to shiny or glossey ones and these shades are gorgeous - I'll have to give them a swatch when I'm next near a Maybelline stand. Congrats on passing your driving test :) x

ReplyDeleteI love the idea of matte lipstick, but the ones I've tried always seem to get "stuck" in my lip creases - not so attractive! I guess I'll stick with looking at pictures of them on Tumblr instead.

I was actually looking at these the other day. Siren in scarlet looks perfect! Well done on passing your driving test! I failed mine and didn't get back in a car for two years. I still need to redo my test though but I'm too nervous haha
