NYX Lingerie Lipsticks

Hi! Hope you all had a lovely weekend, I had a whole week off work and I feel so calm and relaxed,wishing it was like this all the time.

I've been drooling at so many blog posts and Instagram photos of the new matte lipstick collection by NYX, a brand that I have never tried before, no one near me stocks it so I had to order it from online which I don't usually like doing when it comes to makeup because the shades can sometimes look a lot different than in the picture, especially foundations.

Straight after the first try, I was in love, these reminded me of the Sleek Matte Me lip creams which are my absolute favorite, same formula, liquid to dry. The Lingerie lipsticks are more dry, so dry that you can only remove it by using a wet wipe or any other makeup remover, this didn't bother me at all because I just love how these look on the lips, perfect matte nudes, I like to go over my lip line a little bit to get that full lip look that everyone's obsessed with these days, including myself.

The two shades, Ruffle Trim and Exotic lasted up to six hours, (no touch ups) and the paler shade, Push Up only lasted about three to four hours before it faded away, not sure why but I ain't complaining, it still looked lovely. Like I said before these are not easy to re-touch, you might have to remove the whole thing first using some kind of makeup remover, other wise it'll just look like a dry mess.

These were only £6.50 from here, totally affordable. I'm planning on purchasing some other items from NYX soon, like the lip creams that everyone keeps raving about and the contouring kit.
